CUTTING LINE
The first operation in the manufacturing process is based on an advanced automated storage system connected to six machines, enabling autonomous and precise cutting and bending of sheet metal: two lasers, a punching and laser combined machine, and three sheet metal bending machines. The storage system holds raw materials, scrap, and cut material, allowing production without the presence of operators.
Additionally, we have plasma cutting technology for processing thick materials, a tube laser with a 3D head for precise tube cutting, a tube bending machine, various punching machines and presses, a levelling machine, a grinding machine, and saws.
MILLING
Our production includes an automated storage system connected to three 4-axis machine tools, enabling fast and precise autonomous machining without the presence of operators. Additionally, we use 5-axis machine tools for producing complex and highly precise components for the automotive and aerospace industries.
Our state-of-the-art 7-axis machining center allows the processing of extremely complex parts and gears using Skiving technology, which results in significant savings in machining time. For less complex parts, we also have various 3- and 4-axis machine tools.

TURNING
We use a wide range of turn-mills, including smaller turn-mills with bar feeders, vertical turn-mills, and larger horizontal turn-mills for machining components up to 5 meters long.
All turn-mills are equipped with an integrated measuring system that ensures high precision and machining quality. Our equipment allows the production of complex and large parts for various industries.
WELDING
With over 25 robotic cells combined with manual welding, we enable flexible and efficient welding of both small and large assemblies. We specialize in MIG and TIG welding technologies, mastering a wide range of materials, including aluminum.
Smart robots in the welding process continuously monitor quality and automatically adjust welding programs, ensuring fast, precise, and reliable production.

PAINT SHOP
Our advanced coating line provides comprehensive surface protection, which includes multiple processing stages: sandblasting, 9-stage chemical pre-treatment, cataphoretic protection (KTL), and final powder coating.
For components with rubber seals, the surface protection also includes wet coating. The entire process is optimized and seamlessly integrated with the assembly line, ensuring smooth workflow without intermediate storage, which helps prevent potential damage to the paint.
ASSEMBLY LINE
The assembly process is carried out in several stages, each with clearly defined procedures and components to be assembled. An automatic storage system ensures precise and efficient component supply at each step. For fasteners, we use an internal kanban system.
After assembly, burn-in testing follows in the test chamber, where measuring various parameters helps identify potential premature failures. Critical defects are detected using various sensors before the machine is delivered to the end customer, ensuring increased reliability and product quality.
