Rotor Low Vib – LW
A high-quality rotor is the foundation of a high-performance machine. The patented distribution of the flails on the rotor minimizes vibrations, ensuring smooth operation and extending the flail mower's service life. The Low Vib patent allows for faster rotor rotation with a higher circumferential speed of the flails, significantly enhancing the mulching effect.
The diagram illustrates minimal bending stress and deformation at the rotor’s center, confirming the patent’s effectiveness and enabling us to achieve significantly higher rotational speeds compared to competitors.
Hydraulic collision protection
The patented hydraulic collision protection, which also enables the parallelogram movement of the machine, ensures the offset of the side flail mower upon impact with an obstacle. With the help of a hydraulic accumulator, the machine automatically returns to its working position after passing the obstacle, ensuring uninterrupted operation.
The system effectively reduces stress on the linkage, extending the service life of all load-bearing machine components. Additionally, by adjusting the pressure, the safety force can be adapted, enabling the machine to adapt to various working conditions.

Gear Transmission (GT)
The patented gear transmission flail mower reduces the overall transmission width, allowing for an increased working width. Compared to a belt-driven system, it improves the flail mower’s overall power efficiency by up to 4%, resulting in lower fuel consumption.
The key advantage of this innovation, which prevents belt slippage, is the ability to operate in more demanding conditions while enhancing machine durability, ultimately enabling higher working speeds in practice. Maintenance is easier, and the overall need for servicing is significantly reduced. Additionally, the patented gear-driven system features double overload protection, minimizing the risk of damage to the tractor or rotor.
Electric Flail Mower
The patented electric flail mower is the first to remove the traditional belt (or gear) transmission, offering an optimal solution with an electric motor integrated directly in the rotor with flails. Instead of transmitting torque from the tractor through mechanical transmissions, only electrical energy is transmitted.
The absence of other transmissions, or the transmission of energy directly to the rotor, also lowers the flail mower on the drive side, resulting in its symmetry and narrowing its transport width. In addition, it has a significantly better efficiency in energy transfer compared to the traditional solution.
Its maintenance is simpler and the removal of the need for a PTO shaft allows virtually unrestricted movement and positioning of the mulcher relative to the tractor, which significantly increases its functionality in a wide range of conditions.
