Semi-automatic Potato Planter SK-2

This machine is used for two row semiautomatic planting of tubers and further cultivation during growing.

The machine’s front ploughs create a furrow in the field and the feeders driven by the ground wheel drop the individual tubers into the ground. In the final stage, the disks earth up the tuber with soil and form a ridge. The planting depth is determined by the height of the front wheels. Modulating adjustment of the distance between and within the rows is also possible.

The serial equipment comprises of ploughs for potato earthing up, sweep point for cultivating potato and sweep point for cultivating maize with brackets, two seats and a steering wheel. The potato planter can simply be remodelled into an inter-row cultivator or a potato earthning up machine. We offer optional fertilizer dispensing device DN-2 that can be used during planting, as well as cultivating and earthing up potatoes.
